Black Friday shopping list template (free, printable)
Most printable shopping lists are static images or paywalled PDFs. This one is a real planner: type your items in, see the actual stacked price on every line, watch the total against your budget — then print it clean. No sign-up, no download, nothing leaves your browser.
How to use the planner
- Add your lines — item, store, the price you expect, and the discount you're counting on. The real price computes per line (stacked percentages multiply, so a planned "30% + extra 20%" line prices correctly at 44% off, not 50%).
- Watch the total against your budget — the budget field tells you where you stand as the list grows.
- Print it or keep it digital — the print button outputs just the list, total, and budget check; buttons and navigation stay off the paper.
Your Black Friday list
Add items with the store and the discount you're planning — each line shows the real stacked price, and the total updates as you type. Print it or keep it on your phone. No sign-up, nothing leaves your device.

What to put on the list
- The normal price, not the sale price — that column is your anchor against inflated "was" pricing. Write the price you've actually seen the item sell for; the mechanics of why this matters are in our deal-check guide.
- The store — coupon limits differ by retailer, and the store column is what makes the list actionable: the dropdown in our coupon-limits table tells you whether that store takes one code or four.
- A budget line, decided before the doors open — the FTC's holiday shopping guidance has made the same point for years: decide the ceiling first, then fit the list to it, not the reverse.
- Plan-B rows — doorbusters sell out. A second-choice line for the big-ticket items keeps a sold-out tag from becoming an impulse upgrade.
Print it or keep it digital
The print output is deliberately plain: the list table, the total, and your budget check — nothing else. If you shop from your phone, the same list stays editable while you compare prices in line. The math runs entirely in this page; there is no account, no upload, and no storage — a refresh clears it by design.
Privacy note
Like every calculator on this site, the planner computes in your browser. Your list, prices, and budget never leave your device — there's no server-side storage because there's no server involved at all.
